Bianc jewellery purchases come with a one-year warranty. This warranty is effective from the date of purchase and covers manufacturing faults and defects in materials. BBianc will offer a replacement or refund, at their discretion, once the item has been assessed by a member of the Bianc team.

How to care for your Bianc Product:

We advise the exposure to water should be limited, and direct contact with chemical substances such as perfumes and creams should be avoided. We also suggest gently polishing your jewels with a soft, dry polishing cloth once in a while. Please avoid exposing your jewels to harsh, direct sunlight as humidity and heat may cause them to tarnish. Store in a dark, dry, cool place to further prolong the lifetime of your jewels.

  • Standard Delivery: Thursday, 18 December
  • Express Delivery: Friday, 19 December

Dispatch Dates

  • Orders will be dispatched until 12pm AWST on Wednesday, 24 December
  • Dispatch will resume from Monday, 29 December to Wednesday, 31 December
  • Normal dispatch hours resume on Monday, 5 January

Enjoy complimentary shipping on Australian orders over $250.

Orders placed before 1pm AWST Monday-Friday are processed the same day; orders placed after 1pm, on weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
