CONDITIONS

Promotions are not valid for cash or cash equivalent. Offers are non-transferable. All monetary amounts specified in these terms and conditions are in Australian dollars (AUD). Promotions cannot be applied to previous purchases and may not be combined with any other offers or discounts unless explicitly noted. We do not offer price matching of any other retailer. Promotions will not always be replicated in-store. Qualifying promotion amount applies to merchandise only, excluding gift cards, and shipping and handling charges (unless otherwise stated).

DISCOUNT CODES

To redeem an offer during an offer period, enter the advertised code into the discount code box during the checkout process. A discount code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. You can only use the redemption code once unless otherwise stated.

Discount codes and vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or to buy gift cards. If you place an order for a product less than the value of a discount code or voucher, no refund or residual credit will be returned to you. If the credit of a discount code or voucher is insufficient for the order you wish to make, you may make up the difference through payment by other means (but not by using another voucher or attempting to rely on any other offer).

We will apply discount codes and vouchers on a pro-rata basis to voucher-eligible items to determine the final price you pay for those items. Where you return or exchange an item purchased with a discount code or voucher, we will only refund the final price you paid for that item.

We actively monitor misuse of discount codes and vouchers and reserve the right to deactivate discount codes and vouchers or block any person that is not using a voucher in accordance with its terms.

The following terms and conditions apply to all Gift Vouchers purchased online and in store unless otherwise stated;

• Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue
• Gift vouchers can be used both online and in-store
• Gift vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash
• Gift vouchers may not be used to pay off an existing Laybys
• If your order total is less than the value of the gift voucher, the balance will remain on your gift voucher to redeem at your next purchase
• If your order exceeds the value of the gift voucher, the remaining balance must be paid by the purchaser
• An item purchased using a gift voucher cannot be returned for a refund and can only be returned for a gift voucher re-issue
• Stella Rose Fashions is not liable for delivery of a gift voucher to an incorrect or non-existent email address. This is the sole responsibility of the purchaser

Lay-bys are only available in store and are not available online. We do not offer lay-bys on sale items. There are no returns or exchanges on lay-by items, excluding faulty goods. Lay-bys cannot be paid for using Afterpay. Any items placed on lay-by cannot be altered until the Lay-by has been paid in full.

A deposit must be a minimum of 30% of the total purchase value. The Lay-by period is for a maximum of four weeks unless agreed otherwise with Stella Rose Fashions. No items can be taken by the customer until the entire Lay-by has been paid in full.

The customer or the store has the right to cancel a lay-by. If the customer cancels the lay-by within 7 days, they have the right to a store credit of the deposit made. If a Lay-by is cancelled between 7-14 days, a fee of $25 is chargeable. The cancellation fee is deducted from the deposit to cover the cost of administration, restocking and other associated fees. The balance of the deposit will made available to the customer as a store credit. If the store cancels the lay-by within two weeks the customer will be given seven days’ notice and will be entitled to a full refund of all payments made.

Customers may be contacted for all lay-bys that are not completed by the due date. Prior the due date the Lay-by may be cancelled, however the minimum 30% deposit will be forfeited. Any progress payments made by the customer will be refunded.

Store credit may be redeemed within three (3) months from the original purchase date. After this period, any unused balance will expire and will not be redeemable.

Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded, or exchanged for any other form of payment.

If a purchsase is made for a lesser amount than the store credit value, the remaining balancewill still be valid until the expiry date. No cash or alternative refund will be provided for any unused portion.
