Acceptance

By using or attempting to use the redemption code for an offer, you agree to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions.

Offer Period

Promotions are available for a limited time only, for as long as it is advertised on Stella Rose Fashions. We have the right to cancel or change any promotion at any time without notice and in its sole discretion.

Conditions

Promotions are not valid for cash or cash equivalent. Offers are non-transferable. All monetary amounts specified in these terms and conditions are in Australian dollars (AUD).

Promotions cannot be applied to previous purchases and may not be combined with any other offers or discounts unless explicitly noted. We do not offer price matching of any other retailer.

Promotions will not always be replicated in-store. Qualifying promotion amount applies to merchandise only, excluding gift cards, and shipping and handling charges (unless otherwise stated).

Discount Codes

To redeem an offer during an offer period, enter the advertised code into the discount code box during the checkout process. A discount code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. You can only use the redemption code once unless otherwise stated.

Discount codes and vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or to buy gift cards. If you place an order for a product less than the value of a discount code or voucher, no refund or residual credit will be returned to you. If the credit of a discount code or voucher is insufficient for the order you wish to make, you may make up the difference through payment by other means (but not by using another voucher or attempting to rely on any other offer).

We will apply discount codes and vouchers on a pro-rata basis to voucher-eligible items to determine the final price you pay for those items. Where you return or exchange an item purchased with a discount code or voucher, we will only refund the final price you paid for that item.

We actively monitor misuse of discount codes and vouchers and reserve the right to deactivate discount codes and vouchers or block any person that is not using a voucher in accordance with its terms.

Changes

Stella Rose Fashions reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of the offer by our own discretion.

Offers

From time to time, we may run promotions on our website which are subject to both these terms and any additional promotion-specific terms which are incorporated into these terms by reference. You should ensure that you read the specific conditions that apply to each promotion.

By proceeding to purchase you agree and accept the terms of the applicable promotion(s). Purchases made during an offer period do not qualify for change of mind refunds or returns, as stated in our returns policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Buy 1, Get 1 offers exclude clearance product unless stated otherwise. Discounts will be applied to the cheapest product added to cart. Gift With Purchase offers are limited time only and while stocks last. Gift With Purchase codes can be redeemed off full price items only unless stated otherwise. Storewide offers include all published products onsite unless stated otherwise.

Lay-By

Lay-bys are only available in store and are not available online. We do not offer lay-bys on sale items. There are no returns or exchanges on lay-by items, excluding faulty goods. Lay-bys cannot be paid for using Afterpay. Any items placed on lay-by cannot be altered until the Lay-by has been paid in full.

A deposit must be a minimum of 30% of the total purchase value. The Lay-by period is for a maximum of four weeks unless agreed otherwise with Stella Rose Fashions. No items can be taken by the customer until the entire Lay-by has been paid in full.

The customer or the store has the right to cancel a lay-by. If the customer cancels the lay-by within 7 days, they have the right to a store credit of the deposit made. If a Lay-by is cancelled between 7-14 days, a fee of $25 is chargeable. The cancellation fee is deducted from the deposit to cover the cost of administration, restocking and other associated fees. The balance of the deposit will made available to the customer as a store credit. If the store cancels the lay-by within two weeks the customer will be given seven days’ notice and will be entitled to a full refund of all payments made.

Customers may be contacted for all lay-bys that are not completed by the due date. Prior the due date the Lay-by may be cancelled, however the minimum 30% deposit will be forfeited. Any progress payments made by the customer will be refunded.
