How it works: The e-gift voucher will be emailed to your chosen inbox to use online or in store. The email will contain the recipient’s details, gift amount, expiry date and voucher number, as well as your personalised message.
The following terms and conditions apply to all E-Gift Vouchers purchased online otherwise stated;
- Gift vouchers are valid for 36 months from date of issue
- Gift vouchers can be used both online and in-store
- Gift vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash
- Gift vouchers may not be used to pay off an existing Laybys
- If your order total is less than the value of the gift voucher, the balance will remain on your gift voucher to redeem at your next purchase
- If your order exceeds the value of the gift voucher, the remaining balance must be paid by the purchaser
- An item purchased using a gift voucher cannot be returned for a refund and can only be returned for a gift voucher re-issue
- Stella Rose Fashions is not liable for delivery of a gift voucher to an incorrect or non-existent email address. This is the sole responsibility of the purchaser
- Stella Rose Fashions is not responsible if a gift voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission
