Order processing times
Orders placed prior to 1pm AWST Monday to Friday will be processed same day or the next business day if purchased after 1pm AWST or over the weekend and on public holidays.
You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched, and this email will include all tracking details relating to your order. Changes to your order's delivery status will be indicated via your tracking number on the courier website.
Please note, dispatch of orders may be delayed where payment or address information requires verification or correction prior to dispatch.
Australian Shipping
Your order will be sent via our delivery partner Australia Post, between Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays). Orders within the Metro WA area may be sent via our delivery partner Sendle.
Your order may require a signature upon delivery. Please provide an address where someone will be likely to be able to receive the package between 9am and 5pm.
International Shipping
Your order will be sent via our delivery partner Australia Post or via registered courier service.
Your order may require a signature upon delivery. Please provide an address where someone will be likely to be able to receive the package.
Your order may be subject to customs clearance, which may cause delay beyond the estimated delivery timeframe. Responsibility for any customs fees or taxes rests with the customer.
Click & Collect
Our free Click & Collect service is available from our boutique, located in Mt Hawthorn, Perth WA. Simply place your order via our website and we’ll send you an SMS or email as soon as it’s ready.
Click & collect orders can be returned to Stella Rose for an exchange or credit note, as long as the usual returns and exchange requirements are met. Please refer to our Returns and Exchange policy here.
General
Once your parcel has been accepted by our delivery partner, Stella Rose Fashions is not responsible for courier delays and lost or damaged parcels and we cannot issue a refund. You (the customer) will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise.
