Returns Policy

At Stella Rose we understand shopping online means you may select something that doesn’t quite fit or maybe it just looks a little different to what you thought. Please choose carefully, you can email or call us at the boutique for any questions you may have before ordering.

Items purchased on sale are final. We do not accept exchanges, refunds or credits. We kindly ask that you consider your items carefully before making a purchase.

A store credit is available for all full priced items with the exception of all jewellery, hats, candles and gift vouchers. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a credit (store credits are valid for 3 months from issue date). Any items received thereafter may be declined. Stella Rose reserves the right to reject items that are not returned in the same condition in which they were purchased. Stella Rose reserves the right to deduct the original cost of postage for returned items.

Refunds are not available (except for items that are deemed faulty). 

Faulty items: if you receive an item that you believe has a manufacturing fault, please email us and provide a photo indicating the fault. A return authorisation (RA)must be requested within 3 days of delivery. Please email stellarosefashions@gmail.com with your return query and obtain your RA prior to returning your item to us. 

Items must be returned in their original condition including ALL labels and tags and must not have been worn.

The cost of the return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable.

All orders should be returned to the address given on the packing slip.

We check all items before dispatch for damage, however if an item is received damaged or faulty please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to ensure we can provide you with a suitable replacement or repair.
