In line with Australian Consumer Law, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind, or if an incorrect item, size or colour was selected. We kindly encourage you to review your choices carefully before completing your purchase. Thank you for your understanding.

In the instance that you may need to return an item(s), the following terms and conditions apply to all purchases made online.


Conditions Of Return

Please ensure the following conditions are met before submitting your return request. Items must be in original condition, unworn, unaltered and unwashed, with the original tags attached. Be careful of make-up rubbing off on garments. In the result of this happening, we will be unable to accept your return. Gift vouchers cannot be returned.

Stella Rose Fashions reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply, and item(s) may be returned to you at an additional charge. 


Non-returnable Items

Due to sanitary and hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer returns (inclusive of refunds, credit notes or exchanges) for the following items:

  • Eyewear
  • Jewellery
  • Headwear
  • Underwear
  • Rugs & towels
  • Candles, incense & sprays
  • Socks


Return Process

Email us at hello@stellarosefashions.com.au within 3 days of receiving your parcel with your order number and return query to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA). If the item is faulty, please email us within 48 hours of receipt with images indicating the fault.

Approved item(s) must be posted back to us within 24 hours of the return request. Please send all returns to Shop 2, 155 Scarborough Beach Rd, Mt Hawthorn WA 6016, Australia.

We always recommend using registered post with a tracking number to avoid missing parcels. We cannot offer an exchange or credit note for lost parcels.

The cost of sending and the return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable unless the item is deemed faulty. Kindly note the original postage costs may be deducted from your store credit when processing returns.


Cancellations

Orders that have already been placed cannot be cancelled. If you change your mind, you will need to wait until receiving the goods, and then complete a return as per the instructions outlined in our returns policy.

In the event of an order cancellation, a cancellation fee will apply to cover associated costs, including but not limited to administrative fees, processing expenses, and any non-recoverable charges incurred. This fee will be deducted from the total amount refunded to you, as outlined in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.


Full Price Items

Things don’t always go to plan. If you change your mind within 3 days of receiving your order, we are happy to offer you an exchange or a credit note (valid for 3 months) on full price items, subject to the conditions of return.


Sale Items

All sale items are final. We do not accept any returns (inclusive of refunds, credit notes or exchanges) for final sale items. We kindly ask that you consider your items carefully before making a purchase.


Faulty Items

We check all items for damage prior to dispatch. If you have received an item that you believe has a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with your order number and images indicating the fault, to ensure we can provide you with a suitable replacement or repair.

Please note, if you damage a garment (e.g. a button falls off or the zip breaks after wear), it is considered wear and tear, and we cannot accept garments back for an exchange or credit note.
