Returns Policy
We appreciate your understanding that Stella Rose is a small local independent business. We strive to continuously introduce new and unique products to our boutique. Our clients enjoy variety and prefer smaller quantities of different items over large batches of the same product. This approach allows us to frequently refresh our inventory and offer new choices regularly.
CANCELLATION
Once an order has been placed and processed you are unable to cancel that order. If you wish to change the items you will need to wait until receiving the goods when you can then complete a return as per the instructions outlined in our “returns policy”.
In the event of an order cancellation, a cancellation fee will apply to cover associated costs, including but not limited to administrative fees, processing expenses, and any non recoverable charges incurred. This fee will be deducted from the total amount refunded to the customer and is outlined in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
SALE
All items in the SALE collection are final - There is no refund or exchange on sale items. We kindly ask that you consider your items carefully before making a purchase.
GENERAL RETURNS
As supported by Australian Consumer Law, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, wrong decision or incorrect size.
We understand you cannot try garments on before purchasing online, so we are happy to provide you with an exchange or credit note (valid for 3 months) on full priced items, should they meet the below requirements:
Please note; if you damage a garment (e.g. after wearing it a button falls off or the zip breaks because of wear) we cannot accept garments back for exchange/credit notes.
Faulty items: We check all items before dispatch for damage, however if you receive an item that you believe has a manufacturing fault, please email us and provide a photo indicating the fault within 48 hours of receipt to ensure we can provide you with a suitable replacement or repair.
HERE'S HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM:
1) Email us at stellarosefashions@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your parcel with your return query and obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) prior to returning your item to us. Please provide your name and order number and specify your reason for return. If the item is faulty, please outline a description of the fault and attach a photo.
2) Approved Returns must be posted back to us within 24 hours of requesting the return. Garments should be returned new, unused and with all tags still attached. Items that have been worn, washed, damaged or altered from their original state will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please take care when sending items back to us, as items lost in the post are your responsibility and we cannot offer exchanges or credit notes on lost parcels. We always recommend using registered post with a tracking number to avoid missing parcels. The cost of sending and the return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable unless the item is deemed faulty.
