At Stella Rose we understand shopping online means you may select something that doesn’t quite fit or maybe it just looks a little different to what you thought. Please choose carefully, you can email or call us at the boutique for any questions you may have before ordering.
A credit is available for all full priced items with the exception of all jewellery, candles and gift vouchers. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a credit (store credits are valid for 3 months from issue date). Any items received thereafter may be declined.
Refunds are not available (except for faulty items).
Items must be returned in their original condition including ALL labels and tags and must not have been worn.
All sales items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. All items purchased on sale are FINAL SALE.
The cost of the return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable.
A returns form is provided with each order.
All orders should be returned to the address on the returns form.
We check all items before dispatch for damage, however if an item is received damaged please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to ensure we can provide you with a suitable replacement or refund. Return postage of a damaged item will be at the sellers expense.
