CARE
We advise the exposure to water should be limited, and direct contact with chemical substances such as perfumes and creams should be avoided. We also suggest gently polishing your jewels with a soft, dry polishing cloth once in a while. Please avoid exposing your jewels to harsh, direct sunlight as humidity and heat may cause them to tarnish. Store in a dark, dry, cool place to further prolong the lifetime of your jewels.

Bianc jewellery purchases come with a one-year warranty. This warranty is effective from the date of purchase and covers manufacturing faults and defects in materials. Bianc will offer a replacement or refund, at their discretion, once the item has been assessed by a member of the Bianc team.

For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns for earrings.
