- We ship from Perth, Australia Mon - Fri AWST.
- Free shipping for orders over $250.
- Domestic customers for orders under $250 will be charged a flat shipping rate.
Express Post Parcels will be charges a flat rate.
^ Service operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres. Outside metropolitan areas guaranteed service is to and from townships only.
- All orders placed Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) before 1 PM AWST will begin processing that day and will ship within 24 hours pending availability and credit verification.
- Orders placed after 1 PM AWST will begin processing the next business day.
- Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM AWST will ship the following Monday. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or public holidays.
- Orders within Western Australia Metro area may be sent via Sendle. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking notification which will allow you to find out approximately when your order is expected to arrive, however, these estimates are subject to change and are not guaranteed.
- Your order may require a signature upon delivery. Please provide an address where someone will be likely to be able to receive the package between 9.00 AM and 5.00 PM.
- Stella Rose delivers all international parcels using Australia Post or an alternative courier service.
- International orders will have an approximate delivery window of 10-14 business days depending on your location.
- Your order may require a signature upon delivery.
- Your order may be subject to customs clearance. This may cause delay beyond estimated delivery timeframe.
- Responsibility for any customs fees or taxes rests with the customer.
- In-Store Pick Up means you can place your online order and collect the order from Stella Rose Boutique in Mt Hawthorn, Perth WA, during our standard trading hours.
- You will be notified by SMS or email when your order is ready for collection. We cannot guarantee same day fulfillment.
- In-Store Pick Up orders can be returned to Stella Rose for an exchange or credit note, as long as the usual returns and exchange requirements are met. Please refer to the Returns and Exchange policy.
- Once Stella Rose has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, you (the customer) will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise.
- We are not responsible for lost packages. We are not responsible for courier delays. We cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged in transit.
