HOLIDAY SHIPPING INFORMATION
Order in Time for Christmas
- Standard Delivery: Thursday, 18 December
- Express Delivery: Friday, 19 December
Dispatch Dates
- Orders will be dispatched until 12pm AWST on Wednesday, 24 December
- Dispatch will resume from Monday, 29 December to Wednesday, 31 December
- Normal dispatch hours resume on Monday, 5 January
Extended 30-Day Returns
To make your holiday shopping a little easier, we’ve extended our return window to 30 days from dispatch for orders placed between 8–24 December 2025. For full details, please refer to our Returns Policy.
Delivery
Enjoy complimentary shipping on Australian orders over $250.
Orders placed before 1pm AWST Monday-Friday are processed the same day; orders placed after 1pm, on weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
